By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2) Independent tool (unofficial)
Civique 2026 is an independent educational prep tool. It is not affiliated with any French authority and does not replace official sources.
3) AI Coach: limits
The AI Coach generates automated answers and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying important information with reliable sources.
Do not share sensitive information in the chat.
4) Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are handled via Apple In‑App Purchase.
- Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds depend on Apple rules and your Apple account.

5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for illegal purposes,
- bypass technical limits (quotas, premium access),
- disrupt the service (attacks, spam, abusive automation).
6) Availability & liability
We do our best to provide the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”.

These Terms are governed by French law.
